On Friday 26 May, almost 400 people gathered in Caen for Agrial’s Annual General assembly. It was a convivial occasion with two highlights:
The first part was devoted to the company’s articles of association, with an update on the economic situation, a summary of activities by branch and results, a vote on resolutions and the auditors’ report.
The second part was marked by the vote in favour of the merger with the Natura’Pro Co-operative. Arnaud Degoulet, Chairman of Agrial, and Ludovic Spiers, Chief Executive Officer, also welcomed the departures and arrivals of new members of the Board of Directors.
