In the autumn of 2021, the Co-operative inaugurated its new carrot washing and packaging plant, with a processing capacity of 37,000 tonnes.
Considered to be one of the most advanced washing stations in Europe, it is based in Saint-Georges-de-Grehaigne, in the bay of Mont Saint Michel in Normandy.
Thanks to this new station, which showcases the products and know-how of our Vegetable FO, our Priméale brand has acquired a high-performance tool to serve the quality of the fruit and vegetables of our farmer members.
Some thirty references in conventional, organic, Agrilogic and HVE (High Environmental Value) are thus offered with increased competitiveness.
