We bring together 12,500 farmer members and 22,000 employees who contribute every day to the success of Agrial.

Thanks to our network of consultants and experts present throughout the country, our Co-operative provides a local service and we provide technical and economic support to our farmer members on a daily basis. Thus, in 2022, 570 farmer members were supported by our expert consultants.

We also contribute to the installation of young people and the renewal of generations through our Agriboost plan. In 2022, we supported 1,700 young farmers in their installation through our Agriboost youth plan.

Financial and productive resources, efficient and sustainable

We have 106 processing sites, divided between our 5 agricultural and food divisions. They are located in 11 countries (in France and Europe, North America and North Africa).

In addition, our presence on French territory is reinforced by our 280 rural distribution sites, Agrial and LaMaison.fr.

These solid resources allow us to achieve a turnover of 7.2 billion euros, with which we buy the products of our farmer members, up to €2.1 billion in 2022, pay our employees, and buy external services such as energy and transport. Following our General assembly in 2023, we will return 30% of our profits to our farmer members for the year 2022.

Agrial, a committed company on social and environmental issues

Established in the west of France and in the Lyon region, and thanks to our close proximity to all the areas where we are located, we are a real pivotal player in rural areas:

80% of our raw materials are processed less than 200 km from where they are produced.
79% of our French staff are employed in rural areas, in towns with fewer than 10,000 inhabitants.

On the environmental front, we aim to reduce our carbon footprint by 35% in 2035 compared to 2019. See our detailed targets in our 2035 Climate Plan.
