Public and judicial authorities
Personal Data may be processed in the context of managing requests from public or judicial authorities or in the context of communications with any authorities. The legal basis for such processing is legitimate interest (Article 6.1.f of the GDPR).
The data collected will be communicated, within the AGRIAL Group, to the persons concerned by the requests/communications with the authorities, to the AGRIAL Group’s support services, including the legal department, and may be shared with consultants, service providers and/or subcontractors.

Precisions concerning retention periods
At the end of the retention periods detailed in the above processes, your Personal Data will either be deleted or anonymised. However, your Personal Data may be retained for a longer period of time in so-called “intermediate” archives in order to comply with legal obligations or to comply with applicable legal limitation periods or to safeguard WOKINE’s rights, until such time as all legal remedies have been exhausted; it will then be deleted or anonymised.
