Gathered in a General Assembly on May 26th, 2023, in Caen, the farmer-members of Agrial voted in favor of the merger project with co-operative Natura’Pro. This same project was also approved during the Natura’Pro General Assembly on December 20th, 2022.
Effective from June 1st, this merger reflects the desire of both cooperatives to build a shared future serving their farmer-members, while respecting cooperative values and promoting synergies.

We are happy and proud of this merger with Agrial, which will allow Natura’Pro’s members to access new markets, as well as the technical expertise that Agrial currently possesses. There are many synergies because we will also bring new skills to Agrial, especially in irrigation and seeds. With Agrial, we share common values of honesty and transparency, and the guiding principle of this merger has always been to place the member at the heart of our discussions.
We are delighted with this merger with Natura’Pro, a cooperative that shares the same values as us and will strengthen Agrial’s presence in the Rhône Valley. Prior to this merger, Agrial had 14 agri-food sites and 150 goat milk producer members in this area. With this merger, Agrial’s Southeastern Alps region reaches the size of the regions we know in the Grand Ouest, with nearly 1,000 committed farmer-members, around 40 local points (stores, silos…), and field teams to support members on a daily basis in all their productions.
